Bids will be received by the Board of Clare County Road Commissioners at their office at 3900 E. Mannsiding Road, Harrison, Michigan 48625 (telephone 989-539-2151) until 10:00 a.m., January 13, 2021 and then opened and read for the following projects.
ITEM #1 Greenwood Township ROW Clearing Harding Ave.
ITEM #2 Greenwood Township ROW Clearing N. Coolidge Rd
ITEM #3 Hatton Township ROW Clearing Timberlane Rd.
Bids shall be in accordance with the specifications, obtainable from the Road Commission. Bids shall be submitted upon the form provided. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside as to their contents and delivered to the Clare County Road Commission.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects and accept the bid which in their opinion is in the best interests of the Townships and the Clare County Road Commission.

Bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of Clare County, Michigan at the office at 3900 E. Mannsiding Road, Harrison, Michigan, 48625, 989-539-2151; until 9:30 a.m., E.S.T., on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Then publicly opened and read for the annual requirements of the following:
PAVEMENT MARKING
Bids shall be in accordance with the specificatins, obtainable from the Road Commission office. Bids shall be submitted upon the forms provided. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside as to their contents.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects and accept the bid which in their opinion is in the best interest of the Clare County Road Commission.

Bids will be received by the Board of Clare County Road Commissioners at their office at 3900 E. Mannsiding Road, Harrison, Michigan, 48625 (telephone 989-539-2151) until 10:00 a.m., June 1st, 2020 and then opened and read for the following project.
ITEM
#1 Arthur Township - 4,450 Tons of 22A mod. or 12A MDOT Gravel - Ashard Rd.
#2 Arthur Township - 4,500 Tons of 22A Mod. Or 23A MDOT Gravel - Athey Ave.
#3 Arthur Township - ROW Tree and brush clearing on Ashard Rd.
*Awarded Gravel Suppliers Will Need To Deliver 100% of Tonnage 2 weeks after project readiness

Bids shall be in accordance with the specifications, obtainable from the road commission office. Bids shall be submitted upon the forms provided. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside as to their contents. The Board of County Road Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects and accept the bid which in their opinion is in the best interests of the Clare County Road Commission. The bid unit prices may be renewed for up to 3 years, if mutually agreed upon by all parties. The extension of bids shall also apply to City of Harrison, City of Clare, Village of Farwell, MDOT and all adjacent counties.
