We are now working our "Summer Hours" 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Adminstrative office closed on Fridays

Effective Monday, March 23, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Clare County Road Commission (CCRC) will be closed until further notice. CCRC is following the Executive Order No. 2020-21, issued by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, which states “temporary requirement to suspend activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life”. The Executive Order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Please note that CCRC based our decision on the best and most current information on the progress of COVID-19. While road commission employees are considered “essential/critical infrastructure workers”, at this time, our employees will be quarantined at home unless called-in under emergency circumstances from the Road Foremen. Clare County Road Commission’s objective is to protect our workers, their families and the residents of Clare County, yet provide essential/emergency services to the county. Please remember, “Stay Home, Stay Safe”.

For non-emergency related calls, please call Clare County Sheriff Department at 989-539-7166.
